Company principal Renton Sutherland is qualified to administer
the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and is registered as a Professional
Member of the Association for Psychological Type. He has used
the Myers-Briggs with approximately 3000 people individually
and in groups since 1997. He has written a similar number
of Curricula Vitae or Résumés in the same period,
mostly for middle to senior ranked applicants. In addition
he has worked as an approved Service Provider to Workplace
Insurance organizations, assisting many accident clients to
identify alternative careers. He has often been retained by
high profile companies and professional organizations in staff
training and team building roles, but insists that his focus
must be on the individual, not on the employer.
Previously, he managed a provincial legal office, successfully
and profitably handling residential property and small business
transactions valued at $60 to $80 million dollars each year
for seven years. He managed all of the firm's marketing, and
organized and participated in four official Local Government
trade missions to Asia. He is widely experienced in a range
of business management activities in public and private companies.

Operations Manager Callum Sutherland holds academic qualifications
which include a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Double Major in English
and Philosophy) and a post graduate Diploma of Humanities
(specializing in Classical Studies). An international TESOL
teaching qualification coupled with travels in Central America
and Europe, and work experience in the United Kingdom, has
given him a particularly focussed understanding of the needs
of employment applicants in a wide range of countries.
Callum’s particular responsibility is in ensuring that
CV+ quality standards are consistently of the highest order.
