Basic Careers Package:

This multi faceted package includes:
• A straightforward multiple choice Personality Snapshot questionnaire which you will complete and email to us along with your details. We will score the answers you give us, and assign you a template cv tailored to your individual personality description.
• A short report summary based on this personality test. Simple and succinct, the report provides you with the kind of vocabulary you can use to honestly and objectively talk or write about yourself in a job interview or application letter.
• You'll get a 21 page information booklet, detailing how to personalize the cv so that it successfully markets you as a person who will add value to the enterprise you apply to.
• We’ll give you a Covering Letter template that includes a 1 page information sheet advising on the purpose, role and preparation of the application letter.
• You’ll get a Communication Skills booklet to help you prepare for the employment interview.

  We will train you to:

• Write a letter that gets your cv read.
• Build a cv that gets you to the interview.
• Prepare for the interview so that there are no surprises. You will know how to market yourself to your favored employer.

This service is designed for applicants who prefer to build their own cv / résumé but want to take advantage of our accumulated expertise. We regret that we are unable to offer our personal support with this package, but you will get very comprehensive written instructions.

Executive Careers Package:

In this package you’ll get our personal service and attention. This includes either two face-to-face interviews with one of our highly experienced consultants, or correspondence via email if you are unable to visit us in our offices. You’ll also receive:

• A disk (or email) containing your Executive Level Curriculum Vitae, a separate Cover Sheet, and a Covering Letter template that includes a 1 page information sheet advising on the purpose, role and preparation of the application letter.
• A guide on how to condense your Executive Level Curriculum Vitae down to a brief synopsis, for those occasions where brevity is required.
• Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Feedback Report (33 pages, personal to you). This is an exceptionally useful document that will provide you with life skills in personal relationship and employment areas.
• Interview Preparation booklet – a lifetime of accumulated experience, condensed into 5 hard-hitting pages. You will also receive interview coaching with an experienced consultant. (If you are an email client, this offer will be replaced by a Communication Skills booklet to help you prepare for the employment interview).
• 4 laser printed hard copies of the cv and its cover (for face-to-face clients).
• A personal covering letter written by us (if you have a specific job to apply for).
